Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 p.m. – Midnight (rotating Saturday). Shift premium: any work performed Monday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 5:59 a.m. and/or on weekends will receive a shift differential of 15% of base wage. Signing bonus up to $17,500 (depending on experience J3‑J5).

• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure accurate assessments of maintenance needs.
• Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards, adhering to regulatory obligations.
• Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub‑assemblies, components, or parts, showcasing innovative problem‑solving skills and techniques.
• Evaluate service and parts options to contain costs, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in finding effective solutions.
• Control corrosion and complete winterization procedures to prolong the lifespan of vehicles and ensure responsible use of resources.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a diplomatic and courteous manner in all dealings with customers and fellow employees.
• Assist in the repair of customer vehicles, lease units, and company inventory, contributing to a positive service experience for our customers.
• Maintain vehicle records by annotating services and repairs, facilitating transparency and accountability in customer interactions.

• Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements by staying updated on regulations and standards through ongoing education and training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive repair or heavy‑duty truck maintenance preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred, or ability to obtain.
