$40,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Install various insulation products (spray foam, fiberglass batts, blown‑in insulation, foam board)
• Perform insulation removals safely and efficiently
• Prep job sites and clean up materials after completion
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and proper installation procedures
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to building standards
• Maintain tools, spray foam rigs, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with team members, contractors, and homeowners
• Document work completed using company systems (mobile apps/job notes)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Physically able to work in attics, crawl spaces, tight areas, and varying temperatures
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and uneven terrain
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow established processes, safety protocols, and installation standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full shift without excessive absences
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Ability to measure accurately and perform basic math
• Strong work ethic — takes pride in doing the job right the first time
• Professional attitude with the ability to communicate respectfully with customers, contractors, and teammates
