- Successfully, safely and efficiently construct and maintain both overhead and underground lines
- Install transformers, switch gear, riser poles, substation equipment, etc., in accordance with RUS specifications and the National Electric Safety Codes
- Ensure all personnel work in a safe and efficient manner
