Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial equipment? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our maintenance team and play a critical role in keeping a large manufacturing operation running efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of equipment, develop your technical skills, and make a direct impact on daily production.

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility
• Repair and replace production equipment, machinery, and components
• Maintain overhead cranes, silos, HVAC systems, belts, filters, and other facility equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work orders
• Work on a mix of legacy and modern manufacturing equipment

• 3+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Welding, plumbing, HVAC, or metal fabrication experience is a plus

This is a Permanent position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
