Maintenance Technician

We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing facility in the Zumbrota area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with maintenance, mechanical, electrical, automotive, military, farm equipment, or manufacturing experience looking to advance their careers. Whether you are an experienced maintenance technician or have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and make repairs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Replace motors, bearings, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and other components.
• Perform basic fabrication, welding, or equipment modifications as needed.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work closely with production and operations teams.

Essential

Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience working with tools and equipment.
• Desire to learn and develop technical skills.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, military, HVAC, farm equipment, construction, or related experience is helpful.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, 3 phase motors, and PLCs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Boilers license is advantageous.

This is a Permanent position based out of Zumbrota, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401k with match PTO Paid holidays Insurance
