Location:
Mountain Lake, MN
Pay: $49,900 - $74,800 (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic / Technician to join our growing team in Mountain Lake. If you’re a self-starter with strong diagnostic skills and a passion for keeping trucks and heavy equipment running safely, this is the role for you! You’ll work in a supportive, well-equipped shop with a team that values quality work and professional growth.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on diesel engines
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on trucks and heavy equipment
- Repair or replace engines, transmissions, and other components
- Use modern diagnostic tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- 3+ years of experience repairing diesel engines, technical training, or as a service mechanic
- Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in forms, reports, and orders
- Must have your own tools (tool allowance available for qualified candidates)
- Proven customer service skills and ability to work independently
