The City of Rockford is seeking a General Public Works Maintenance Worker to perform a range of semi-skilled and skilled tasks across city infrastructure. The role includes operating equipment for streets, stormwater, water, and sewer systems, as well as municipal buildings and property.
A CDL Class B license is required or the ability to obtain it within six months. The position may require driving and performing hands-on maintenance tasks to ensure safe, efficient city operations.
