As an AI Engineer
, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that help organizations transform how they use data. You’ll work as part of our Data & AI community, alongside data scientists, data engineers, and data architects – but your focus will be on true AI engineering
: making models work in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions
  , from prototyping to production deployment.

• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and agentic systems integrated into real business processes and systems.

• Collaborate with data scientists to turn models into robust, scalable products.

• Apply MLOps practices to ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Work with modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and open-source AI frameworks.

• Stay curious about the fast-evolving AI landscape, and bring that insight into client projects.

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer who has built real AI solutions – beyond using APIs or experimenting with models. We hope you recognize yourself in most of these:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science, with a solid understanding of key ML concepts such as classification, regression, NLP, and generative AI.

• Experience in building production-grade LLM and agentic applications, incl. evaluation, monitoring, and scaling.

• Knowledge of core LLM concepts e.g. tokenization, RAG, CoT, reasoning models, memory, fine-tuning, tool use, and self-correction.

• Hands-on experience with MLOps
  , CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments.

• Ability to design and maintain data pipelines, ensuring model reliability and performance in production.

• Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of developments in AI and apply them responsibly.

• Excellent communication and consulting skills — able to guide stakeholders, create understanding, and inspire confidence around AI capabilities.

• Fluent in Finnish and English.

• LLMs and LLM middleware: GPT, Claude, open-source models, LiteLLM, vLLM

• Agent technologies: MCP, agent/workflow frameworks (Lang Graph, Llama Index, Haystack, Magentic, Strands)

• Platforms, e.g. Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Snowflake and Databricks

• Cloud:
  Azure, AWS, GCP

• Python

• Vector databases, e.g. Pinecone, pgvector

• AI powered development tools:
  ChatGPT, Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex
