Menahga Public Schools is seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our transportation team as Bus Drivers
. Whether you’re an experienced driver or new to the profession, we’ll provide paid training and full support to help you earn your CDL license and confidently transport students each day.

• Safely transport students to and from school and extracurricular activities
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus
• Maintain student discipline and ensure a safe, respectful atmosphere on the bus
• Follow established routes and schedules with punctuality and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and the transportation coordinator
• Report any mechanical issues, delays, or incidents promptly

Required:

• Valid MN driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism

Preferred (but not required):

• CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements (training provided if not yet certified)
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or working with children
