Route Delivery Representative (No nights or weekends, No CDL required)

Join Mills Automotive Group as a Route Delivery Representative. This position involves delivering automotive parts along a predetermined route in the Iron Range area, while providing the highest levels of customer service. The schedule starts and finishes every day in Deer River, MN, Monday through Friday, with around 10‑hour days beginning at 5:00 am. No nights or weekends, no CDL required.

• Loading and unloading automotive parts and safely operating a parts delivery vehicle.
• Delivering automotive parts to customers on schedule and in a timely manner.
• Be personable, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Call on, and establish, new customer accounts.
• Maintain detail‑oriented paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse team, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
• Practice safe driving, obeying all traffic laws with no accidents.
• Work independently without direct supervision, staying productive and on task.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance that represents the company well.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and remain active throughout the workday (standing, sitting, carrying, lifting, twisting, kneeling, squatting).

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.

This position is paid on a commission/incentive‑based pay plan. The compensation is comprised of an annual base salary of $42 k and additional incentives for key metrics of guest service, miles driven, and pieces delivered. No cap on incentive amounts.
