Airport Ramp Agent -INL

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday A.M. shift, P.M. shift

• Load, unload, service, guide, and direct customer aircraft.
• Safeguard customers' baggage, air cargo, and mail from weather, loss, theft, damage, and destruction.
• Lift, load/unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, mail, freight, and company materials in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders, or baggage carts safely.
• Operate pushback equipment and maintain visual contact with Wing Walkers to ensure safety.
• Record and receive customer baggage, airfreight, mail, and company materials as required.
• Transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft, and prepare related records.
• Operate and/or drive motorized equipment such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, pushback tugs, bag carts, lavatory carts, and deicers; manually push and pull carts and containers when needed.
• Complete paperwork and forms related to work assignments and enter data into the company's information system.
• Perform other duties as assigned within your skill and experience level.

• Must be a local (in-state) resident.
• Valid In-State Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to pass a background check of up to 10 years.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. as per the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Completion of ramp and SIDA training for airport security .
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items of 70 pounds regularly and repeatedly lift weights of 40-50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods.
• Ability to work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  Over one year of relevant experience.
