Are you someone who loves solving problems, moving puzzle pieces, and keeping complex operations running smoothly? Trobec’s Bus Service is looking for a Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping people safe, informed, and on time.

This role is the heartbeat of our operation—balancing drivers, vehicles, compliance, and customer experience every single day.

• Assigning drivers based on skill level, experience, customer needs, and operational requirements
• Coordinating vehicle assignments with our maintenance team to ensure safety and readiness
• Building driver schedules that allow for proper inspections, preparation, and on‑time arrivals
• Maintaining accurate records in our motorcoach software for drivers, vehicles, and schedules
• Monitoring ELD logs and driver hours to ensure full DOT/FMCSA compliance
• Proactively communicating with drivers and customers to resolve issues before they become problems
• Being available for on‑call and emergency situations when needed

Safety, compliance, and exceptional communication are at the core of this role.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or operations—or a strong desire to learn from the ground up
• Calm under pressure and confident making decisions
• Excellent communicator who builds trust with drivers, customers, and leadership
• Comfortable working with scheduling systems, logs, and compliance requirements
