Warehouse Associate - Receiving

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Warehouse Parts Receiver to join our team. • Receive and unload incoming shipments of automotive parts and supplies
• Inspect received items for accuracy, damage, and quality, verifying against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Properly document and record all received inventory in the warehouse management system
• Organize and store parts in designated areas, ensuring easy retrieval and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
• Support shipping and distribution activities when required

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus
• Previous experience in warehouse receiving, preferably in an automotive or parts environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary)
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
