Job Summary
Full Charge Bookkeeper with Quick Books skills to maintain the clean finance system for Lelch. Requires high attention to detail and experience with inventory, labor & accruals; construction accounting knowledge is extremely helpful.
Location & Schedule- In‑Person (No Remote or Hybrid)
- 56035 Culligan Way, Minnetonka, MN 55345 (St Louis Park area)
- Full Time, 40 hours/week
- Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm

Clark, Controller
$55,000 – $70,000 per year.

- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including tracking payments, processing credit cards, collection letters, and collection calls.
- Reconcile bank accounts and oversee overall cash management.
- Prepare weekly cash reports and process checks and credit card payments.
- Process monthly sales tax reports.
- Negotiate manufacturer, service, and insurance vendor contracts.
- Assist the accountant quarterly with financial statements and reporting.
- At least 3 years of full charge bookkeeping experience with Quick Books.
- Notary Public certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory, labor, and accrual accounting.
- Knowledge of construction accounting extremely helpful.
