As a Diagnostic Technician, you’ll not only diagnose vehicles but also mentor fellow technicians and coach our service professionals. Your expertise will help ensure our guests receive the highest quality service, fostering integrity and transparency in every interaction.

• Expand your technician experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Utilize top-notch resources provided by Christian Brothers Automotive.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Communicate repair options transparently with our Service team.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and shop organization.
• Deliver extraordinary results by working collegially to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct thorough, accurate, and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections.

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• A strong desire to solve problems and develop your career long-term.
• Open to both full-time and part-time work availability.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computers.
• A valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of your workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer efficiently.
