Your Responsibilities- Expand your technician experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Utilize top-notch resources provided by Christian Brothers Automotive.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Communicate repair options transparently with our Service team.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and shop organization.
- Deliver extraordinary results by working collegially to meet customer expectations.
- Conduct thorough, accurate, and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections.
- Embrace our philosophy of treating every guest with the utmost respect: “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself.”
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- A strong desire to solve problems and develop your career long-term.
- Open to both full-time and part-time work availability.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computers.
- A valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of your workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer efficiently.
