BAM! Automotive is looking for an Entry‑Level Automotive Technician who wants more than just a job changing oil and rotating tires.

We're looking for someone who's mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to become a skilled automotive technician.

Start at $20/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $45/hour within your first year as your skills and performance improve.

You don't need years of experience. You need a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

We're an independently owned automotive repair shop that believes great technicians are developed through training, experience, and working alongside talented professionals.

• Maintenance: Perform oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, and scheduled maintenance.
• Tires: Perform tire rotations, replacement, balancing, and pressure checks.
• Inspections: Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Basic Repairs: Perform automotive repairs appropriate to your skill level.
• Vehicle Systems: Learn to inspect brakes, suspension, and other automotive systems.
• Quality Control: Ensure work is completed correctly and safely.
• Teamwork: Work with experienced technicians and service advisors.
• Training: Continuously develop your skills to advance into more complex repairs and diagnostics.

Experience is helpful. Attitude and work ethic are essential.

• Genuine interest in automobiles and mechanical systems.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude.
• Strong desire to learn and improve.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Dependability and a professional attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback.
• Valid driver's license.

Automotive experience, technical school, or certifications are a plus, but not required.
