Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Process Bolt, you will play a crucial role in achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly performance targets. By leveraging our sales engagement platform and research-driven tools, you’ll drive prospecting and outreach efforts to generate qualified opportunities.
You will collaborate with experienced Sales Directors to strategically identify and qualify Target Accounts, contributing to the growth of our pipeline and overall revenue. In this role, you will deliver impactful messaging to an informed, sophisticated audience using a variety of channels – including phone, email, social media and video. Your responsibilities include building a robust pipeline of prospects by conducting thorough research, identifying key decision-makers, generating interest, and addressing objections effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage sales tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, Salesforce, and more to create prospecting plans.
- Facilitate and initiate conversations with IT executives and Analysts at prospective accounts.
- Help produce meetings that are qualified for the sales team.
- Learn how to understand problems that IT executives are facing in the third-party risk management landscape and address them with Process Bolt’s solutions.
- Enthusiastic drive to learn about cybersecurity and third-party risk management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-8 months of previous business experience (preferred, not required)
- Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome objections and handle rejection
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly
- Ability to learn how to use new tools and software products
- Interested in learning in an environment that is constantly changing and growing very fast
