We currently have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Job Site Supervisor at our Minnetonka, Minnesota location.

The role focuses on exterior residential construction — roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Industry experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.## Job duties
* Overseeing and managing subcontracting crews
* Maintaining communication with the homeowners
* Scheduling and managing inspections and permits
* Quality control onsite
* General administrative duties## Ideal candidate
* Reliable and displays strong work ethic
* Exceptional communication skills
* Excellent time management
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Enjoys working in a team environment## Requirements
* Hands-on experience in roofing required
* Able to climb ladders and work at roof heights
* Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds easily
* Valid driver's license required
