We are seeking an Assistant Center Director and Program Cordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a background in coding, and excellent leadership skills.

• Working history with children ages 5 and up
• Some background in coding, or ability to quickly pick up the basic concepts
• Works well with others; collaborates and adapts to changing situations
• Must be fun, adaptable and able to help our ninjas have fun too!
• Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership

• Provide high-quality but fun coding instruction to students and help them develop their skills
• Create a positive, safe and fun environment for our ninjas
• Manage student progress and provide weekly feedback to parents
• Work with the executive team on lesson plans to ensure that the curriculum is engaging, effective, and up to date
• Mentor and train other instructors

• Lead the Junior program to implement lesson plans and develop programs
• Mentor and train other instructors on the curriculum
• Keep up to date with latest trends in coding education and incorporating new technologies and teaching methods into the center's programs
• Plan, develop and implement offsite programs like running Jr. Programs in day care centers, offsite camps and workshops
