Minnetonka Public Schools is accepting applications for a Six‑Week Building Float Paraprofessional Substitute for the 2025‑2026 school year. The Building Float Para is a highly flexible role that provides guidance and support to students in various classrooms throughout the school building.

We are actively reviewing applications as they are submitted.

• Supports the lead teacher in supervising the classroom and students
• Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning
• Adapts instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Manages classroom behavior and maintains a positive learning environment
• Performs other duties as assigned by the lead teacher or school administration

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Six‑Week Float - Paraprofessional Substitute: $21.86/hr (Not medical or dental benefit eligible).
