• Guiding and supervising children in grades K‑5, ensuring safety and engagement in activities.
• Assisting in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities for participants.
• Providing classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
• Maintaining accurate records related to children’s progress, attendance, and activities.
• Building and nurturing positive relationships with parents and guardians.
• Upholding a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with three months of relevant experience, OR
• A Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with six post‑secondary credits (three in child and youth development, three in after‑school programming) and three months of experience, OR
• An Associate’s degree (AA), two years of college in a related field, or an equivalent certificate with six months of relevant experience, OR
• An unrelated field of study with 2080 hours of OST work experience, six post‑secondary credits (three in child and youth development, three in after‑school programming), and one year of experience.
• Evidence of successful experience working with children in a child care setting.

• Starting pay of $21.94/hour, plus $0.60 split shift differential.
• Full‑time positions are benefit eligible at 30 hours or more a week.

• Minnetonka Elementary Schools.
• PT, 1:30‑6:00 PM, though start and end times may vary by location.
