Wages: Stipend. Not medical or dental benefit eligible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance for all badminton club participants.
- Help all participants to develop to their full potential through open play and instruction.
- Implement age appropriate program philosophies, goals, policy and procedures.
- Ensure that all participants follow Minnetonka School District guidelines and code of conduct.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in badminton is required.
- Evidence of successful coaching experience; ability to teach fundamental skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with students and staff.
