SCHEDULE: Full Time

COMPENSATION: The budgeted amount for the starting hourly rate is $22 per hour, plus eligibility for a monthly incentive program

Selfreliance Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a
Universal Member Service Representative in our Minnetonka branch. If you're passionate about helping people and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be the face of our credit union, assisting members with financial products and services, and helping them find solutions that best fit their needs. This position is eligible for our generous Incentive Program, offering additional earning potential based on performance.

• Previous customer service and sales experience (banking experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian.
• Proficiency in Data Processing Platforms and Microsoft Office.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Continually identify our Members' financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services.
• Open and service all consumer and business accounts.
• Assist members with a wide range of financial transactions, including teller transactions, member service issues, account maintenance, wire transfers, consumer loans, credit and debit card services, and other operational duties assigned by the Branch Manager.

• Eligibility to contribute up to 6% of your salary to our 401(k) Plan after completing one month of service.
• A company match of up to 6% to the 401(k) Plan after one year of service.
