Patient Coordinator – Medical Spa Front Desk

Edina Plastic Surgery provides the most comprehensive and experienced surgical and support team in the Minneapolis area. We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our medical spa in Minnetonka, MN. As the welcoming face of our practice, you will guide patients through their aesthetic journey and ensure a seamless, five-star experience. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about skincare, beauty, and patient care.

$22 Per Hour Plus

Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 AM –5:30 PM
• .setfair: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Greet and check in patients, manage phones, and schedule appointments.
• Guide newunächst patients through intake, paperwork, and EMR documentation (Nextech).
• Present treatment plans, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support providers and staff by coordinating patient flow and assisting with events.

• Assist with inventory management and product tracking.

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or high‑end customer service.
• Excellent communication,ắm multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
• Passion for aesthetics and patient‑centered care.
• Experience in a med spa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery practice is a plus.
