Executive Search Headhunter
We are seeking an Executive Search Headhunter who excels at identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber talent through proactive outreach and relationship building.
This is not a sales role. This position is ideal for someone who loves the art of recruiting: investigating markets, talent mapping organizations, understanding candidate motivations, and guiding candidates through critical hiring decisions.
You will deliver executive-level and hard-to-fill placements across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr

- Experience with executive search, professional recruiting, or headhunting on the agency side
- Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly to job candidates
- Comfort working with mid to senior-level candidates
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or headhunting within a recruiting agency
- Proven ability to engage with passive candidates
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Integrity, professionalism, devotion to your network, and confidentiality are essential
