Carlson Wagonlit Travel is looking for an energetic, self-motivated recruiter to join our team. This individual will partner with business leaders and HR partners to meet the needs of our businesses. You will be part of a Talent Acquisition team that is committed to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, while executing well-planned sourcing and recruiting strategies to deliver high-caliber talent into the organization.

Responsibilities- Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Work with managers to define position requirements
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy, including pro-active recruiting, evaluating and selecting appropriate sourcing methods for current openings
- Sourcing creatively, including social media, networking and general out-of-the-box thinking
- Review and screen resumes
- Interview qualified candidates and coordinate the interview process for hiring managers
- Provide strategic hiring recommendations to managers
- Generate and manage offers
- Adhere to background check policies and procedures
- Develop, communicate, and maintain documentation for recruiting and hiring processes for managers and supervisors
- Track candidate activity to requisitions
- Maintain and utilize staffing reports to identify trends and make recommendations for overall process improvements
- Support the internal posting process by facilitating interviews for internal candidates in a timely and responsive manner
- Research, recommend, and implement creative recruitment techniques as needed
- Promote and educate on Employee Value Proposition
- Bachelor's degree in business or HR related field
- 5-7 years’ recruiting experience for exempt positions (Preferably IT)
- Able to manage a high-volume workload
- Experience with Taleo
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures
- Knowledge of HR law and compliance as it relates to hiring practices
