We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to bring hands‑on technical expertise and guide the future of our technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a technical generalist with strong system design expertise and a proven ability to bridge strategy and execution across diverse technologies.

• Assess existing systems and integrations to understand current capabilities, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Develop system design and architecture decisions to build secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Provide hands‑on technical expertise in backend and frontend development while setting engineering best practices.
• Partner with product, infrastructure, and business teams to define technology roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Promote a culture of quality through automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate technical strategies and recommendations clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, architecture patterns, and cloud‑based technologies (AWS, Azure, APIs, microservices).
• Hands‑on experience in backend and frontend development, with proficiency in Go, Java, .NET, and React.
• Experience evaluating legacy systems and implementing modernization or integration solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience in healthcare billing, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA).
• Experience leading technology transformations, migrations, or platform upgrades.

The projected hourly range for this position is $80.00 to $100.00 an hour.
