Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a support role within Information Technology.
- Previous experience in Healthcare IT is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Active Directory is required.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, judgment, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilize a ticketing system to receive, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests.
- Collaborate closely with Application Specialists to address, troubleshoot, and resolve core application issues.
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors and additional IT resources to deliver technical assistance to end users through phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Participate in and assist with new software and hardware implementations, create documentation, and conduct software testing and evaluation as necessary.
- Some implementations or new deployments may involve working hours beyond the usual weekday schedule or on weekends, depending on the situation.
- Work collaboratively with users at all levels on relevant projects to effectively utilize resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements while assisting in the development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist in Minnetonka, with starting pay ranging from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.
Candidates must be able to travel to all UVP Minnesota locations as needed and should have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel between sites.
