* The Senior Data Analyst serves as a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert responsible for leading the design, definition, validation, and governance of reporting and analytics solutions that support strategic, operational, and business decision-making.

This role partners with business leaders, reporting developers, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable analytics, meaningful performance measures, and scalable reporting solutions. The Senior Data Analyst provides leadership in reporting methodology, metric governance, data quality, business analysis, and solution validation while driving continuous improvement across enterprise reporting capabilities.

The position is recognized as a trusted advisor and key resource for complex analytical initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to improve business intelligence, operational performance, reporting consistency, and decision support. The Senior Data Analyst may lead large cross-functional initiatives, mentor analysts, and influence reporting standards and best practices across the organization.

* Primary Responsibilities:

* + Lead discovery, analysis, documentation, and validation of complex business and reporting requirements

+ Translate business needs into metric definitions, business rules, reporting requirements, and acceptance criteria

+ Partner with business leaders, reporting developers, data engineers, and technology teams to design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions that support business objectives

+ Conduct advanced data analysis, testing, and validation activities to ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and solution quality

+ Identify trends, risks, reporting gaps, and opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced business performance through data-driven insights

+ Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in analytics, reporting methodology, performance measurement, and data governance

+ Solve complex business and operational problems through conceptual analysis, data interpretation, and innovative analytical approaches

+ Review analytical deliverables and provide guidance and recommendations to improve quality, consistency, and effectiveness

+ Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively develop reporting strategies and analytical solutions that support evolving business priorities

+ Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge sharing to analysts and business partners
