This is a hybrid role - 3 days a week in office in Eden Prairie, MN or Minnetonka, MN.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and implement Service Now SPM solutions across:
- Demand Management
- Program Management
- Agile Development
- Resource Management
- Investment Funding
- Strategic Planning Workspace
- Objectives & Key Results (OKR)
- Capacity Planning
- Roadmap Planning
- Design governance processes for portfolio selection, prioritisation, and funding.
- Configure portfolio hierarchy, investment planning, strategic themes, and business objectives.
- Implement resource allocation, forecasting, capacity management, and utilization dashboards.
- Build executive reporting and portfolio analytics using Performance Analytics and Workspace experiences.
- Define portfolio KPIs and enterprise metrics.
- Drive adoption of Service Now AI capabilities including:
- Opportunity for AI-based automation in Demand Intake
- Opportunity for AI-based automation in Capacity Forecasting
- Opportunity for AI-based automation in Executive Reporting
- Opportunity for AI-based automation in Project Summarisation
- Opportunity for AI-based automation in Knowledge Generation
- Partner with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure responsible AI governance, security, compliance, and human-in-the-loop validation.
- 8+ years of Service Now platform experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Service Now SPM implementation experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Service Now transformation programmes.
- Experience integrating Service Now with ERP, HR, Finance, Dev Ops, and Agile tools.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to act as an AI-Enabled
Service Now Transformation Leader:- Utilises AI to accelerate solution design and delivery.
- Designs AI-powered employee and customer experiences.
- Leverages Agentic AI to automate business workflows.
- Uses AI-assisted SDLC practices for requirement generation, code review, testing, and documentation.
- Develops AI copilots and digital workforce solutions on the Service Now platform.
- Promotes responsible AI practices with governance, security, and compliance controls.
- Translates business problems into AI-driven platform solutions with measurable ROI.
