Logisolve is seeking a Business Process Engineer for a 6+ month contract to hire opportunity with our direct Healthcare client.
Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI-must be local to one of these areas to be considered
Work Arrangement: Office (4 days per week onsite) Minnetonka, MN
Compensation:
Salary conversion: $158,000+ annually (plus 10% bonus)

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Manager, Business Process Engineering to lead continuous improvement across our enterprise value streams. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional leaders, business partners, vendors, and employees at all levels to drive sustainable operational excellence.
Our organization embraces a holistic Lean Six Sigma approach, assigning Process Owners and dedicated Value Stream teams to ensure high performance across seven key Value Streams. Each Value Stream is supported by a Manager and Business Consultant responsible for evaluating, documenting, designing, managing, and monitoring end-to-end processes and underlying systems.
As the Manager, you will play a central role in translating process improvements into effective implementation—ensuring changes stick. You will leverage your expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and organizational change management (OCM) to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and guide impactful, enterprise-wide transformation. This position may include people leadership responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead process improvement initiatives across multiple enterprise Value Streams using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
Partner with senior leaders, Process Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and ensure successful adoption.
Oversee evaluation, documentation, design, and performance monitoring of end-to-end business processes and systems.
Drive project execution using strong program and project management skills, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.
Apply change management strategies to support successful transition, adoption, and sustainability of process enhancements.
Provide day-to-day oversight and direction to Business Process Consultants, supporting their continuous growth and performance.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to design future-state workflows, systems capabilities, and operating models.
Facilitate Lean activities such as value stream mapping, A3 problem solving, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis.
Communicate complex process and project updates to internal and external audiences with clarity and confidence.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Business Analytics, Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or related disciplines.
7+ years of Health Plan/Payer and/or Healthcare experience (required).
Experience with platform migration initiatives (preferred).
Knowledge of Health rules and/or Cosmos systems (preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience across large cross-functional teams (required).
Proven continuous improvement and implementation experience (required).
Strong program and project management background (required).
Required License/CertificationLean Six Sigma Black Belt (7+ years of experience) — required.
