Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Manage remodels and capital projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, contractor management, and ensuring quality and safety and design standards.

• Work with the design team to create accurate project plans.
• Allocate resources and address development opportunities.
• Track milestones to meet deadlines.

• Bid out projects, hire and oversee the contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure work progresses as planned and resolve issues.
• Conduct pre- and post-construction inspections, to maintain company design standards.

• Prepare budgets, negotiate contractor rates, and monitor expenses.
• Review invoices and track spending to budget.

• Enforce building codes and safety standards.
• Oversee inspections and maintain compliance with policies and process.

• Assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure productivity.
• Keep clients and stakeholders informed of progress.

• Attending training sessions and staying updated on industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of construction project management experience or PMP certification.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Have a strong work ethic and a desire to improve your skills.
• Willing to travel on short notice.
• Salary range of $75,000 to $82,000 annually.
