Warehouse Supervisor

This position is responsible for the management of the daily operations within the Warehouse including the direction of the warehousing functions of staff, training, inventory accuracy, order processing, shipping, receiving, health and safety of work environment.

• Responsible for the planning and assignments of work and daily schedule for order fulfillment.
• Establish shift operating standards and overall flow of material for the company.
• Develop, manage and support standard practices and procedures.
• Manage inventory transfers as necessary.
• Select the appropriate shipping mode for each order.
• Prepare manifests and shipping documents.
• Authorize and check all materials for count and damage.
• Direct the proper slotting and placement of receipts.
• Responsible for training and development of warehouse staff.

• 2 year associate/technical degree in business management.

The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, being able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours/day, occasionally working up to 10 hours/day, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
