Marketing Manager - Finance & Healthcare - MINNESOTA

Overview

This Marketing Campaign Manager contract role is focused on servicing top employer clients and supporting maternity leave coverage for 6-7 months.

Location:

Minnetonka, MN (onsite 4 days/week).

Hours:

40/week. This position is a W2 contract opportunity.

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $47.00/hr.

• Act as an "orchestrator" coordinating with project managers, designers, copywriters, data analysts, and email coders to execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple campaigns and moving parts simultaneously.
• Provide client-facing support with white-glove service — respond to client or account team emails within 24 hours.
• Create strategic marketing briefs for creative teams while having a design eye and interest (though not a design role).
• Prepare quick client decks and maintain clear communication around approvals and expectations.

• Experience with Workfront is ideal.
• Previous experience in financial services marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with transitioning campaigns from one platform to another.
• Understanding of compliance risks related to financial and healthcare content.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
