Lead the charge at Craft & Crew Hospitality's Duke's on 7 as our next Lead Line Cook/Supervisor! To excel as our Lead Line Cook/Supervisor at Duke's on 7, you'll need a blend of skills and experience to thrive in our fast‑paced kitchen environment. With 5+ years of experience as a Line Cook under your belt you'll demonstrate your expertise in culinary operations and food safety. Strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to problem‑solve under pressure are key to effectively guiding the back‑of‑house team to success.

Your physical stamina to withstand 8-10 hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate stairs effortlessly will ensure seamless operations. Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, along with a Serve Safe Certification, is highly valued.

• 5+ Years experience as Line Cook
• Supervisory Experience preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8‑10 hour shifts
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs without complications
• Problem‑solving abilities
• Be prepared to think and act quickly in stressful situations
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures in accordance with MDH. Serve Safe Certification a plus
