OverviewPerrill is a full-service digital marketing agency helping B2B and eCommerce companies drive meaningful growth through strategy, execution, and transparency. We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our new business efforts and work directly with our President on sales operations, preparation, and follow-through.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in sales, marketing, and business development. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our sales process moving, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, and helping our prospects have a great experience from first touch to signed agreement.
This is a hands‑on role with real exposure to sales strategy, client conversations, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists to support outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in Hub Spot
- Prepare the sales lead for meetings by organizing notes, research, agendas, and background information
- Document meeting notes, outcomes, next steps, and follow‑ups
- Create and assemble sales proposals and supporting materials
- Send timely and professional follow‑up communications to prospects
- Implement and manage basic Hub Spot automations as needed
- Run sales and pipeline reports to support forecasting and decision‑making
- Run basic SEO and AI visibility reports for prospects
Shadow sales calls and meetings to gain deeper understanding of our sales process - Provide general sales administration and coordination support as needed
- Directly supporting the President, who currently handles all new business development
- Helping improve consistency, organization, and follow‑through across the sales process
- Gaining exposure to sales strategy, pricing conversations, and client decision‑making
- Learning how a modern digital marketing agency sells and delivers services
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, communications, or related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in Hub Spot or similar CRM systems (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without constant oversight
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
- Salary: $60,000 base
- Commission and/or bonus potential tied to sales performance
