Role
Summary:
Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs for single-family rental homes across the Twin Cities, primarily in the western suburbs.
- Diagnose property issues and determine appropriate repairs.
- Complete maintenance tasks, repairs, and required inspections.
- Prepare homes for new residents, ensuring they meet readiness standards.
- Use a smartphone to manage and complete work orders accurately.
- Work independently in the field while coordinating with a supportive team.
Key Skills/
Qualifications:
Strong troubleshooting ability, practical maintenance/repair experience, attention to detail for inspections and move-in readiness, and proficiency using mobile tools for work order management.
