10 is seeking a Salesforce Developer: III (Senior)

Hybrid 4‑month contract to hire location:
Minnetonka, MN. Compensation: $50.00–60.00/HR W2.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our growing Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE). The chosen candidate will join a balanced Agile product team of 6–8 talented Salesforce professionals.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing inventive, effective Salesforce solutions.

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce features leveraging the full range of Salesforce capabilities (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.)
• Collaborate with the product team members to refine requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Ensure the quality and security of Salesforce solutions
• Mentor developers, providing guidance and support
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise solutions, using APIs, web services, and partnership with Mule Soft
• Participate in Agile iterations and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective version control and stable integration environments

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration techniques
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce data integration and REST API development
• Experience in Salesforce platform technologies: custom objects, Flow builder, Apex classes and controllers, & SOQL
• Experience in an Agile team
• Experience with Copado or similar CI/CD pipeline tool

• Marketing Cloud experience
• Financial services industry experience
• Financial Service Cloud
