• Coach small groups of kids in golf, tennis, or pickleball
• Follow a clear, proven curriculum (we train you)
• Keep kids engaged, moving, and having fun
• Set up and break down simple equipment
• Be a positive role model and steady presence

• $18–$25 per hour, based on role and experience
• Paid training
• Opportunities to pick up more hours through camps, leagues, or subbing

• You’re not on an island. We support you.
• Everything is organized and communicated clearly.

• Programs run on time.
• We don’t tolerate chaos or disrespect from parents or participants.

• Reliable and communicative
• Comfortable leading a group of kids
• Positive energy
• Willing to learn
• Background in sports helps, but not required

• Must pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to arrive on time and stay engaged the whole session
