Title:

Kindergarten/Pre-K Teacher

Salary:
Start from $17 per hour for qualified Teachers (based on education and experience)

Monday to Friday

Shifts from: 6:30am-6:00pm

• Completing and submitting developmentally appropriate lesson plans to the Center Director at least 1 week in advance
• Consistently demonstrating a personal commitment to professional and personal growth
• Maintaining an evident interest in the job; actively participating in staff meetings, training, and workshops
• Ensuring the program cultivates the age‑appropriate social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children

• Classroom teaching experience working with Kindergarten-1st grade
• Teacher qualifications from the state of Illinois per DCFS Standards
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field
• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility (preferred)
• Flexibility around hours and work schedule
• A passion for working with children
