Position Description
Immediate opening for a NON CDL Yard Jockey at Ryder in Minooka, IL.
Pay: $1100 or more per week. Driver Positions Pay Weekly.

Fleet:
Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance. Company Drivers fuel trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.
- Uniforms and Boot Allowance Provided
- Paid Personal Time Off starts at Day 1 – 80 hrs accrued in First Year

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Verifiable driving experience in similar equipment:
- 9 months experience in the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years' experience within last 5 years, OR
- 5 years' experience within last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder drug test
- Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check (drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical
- Pass yard driver examination
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
- Safely handle and maneuver tractor trailers on the yard; cannot drive on public roads
- Compliance with safety & DOT regulations, continuous training, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
- Maintain accurate records and logs
- Maintain accurate move and yard inventory records; other tasks as assigned
