Billing and Collections Analyst II roles in the Commercial & Sales organization.

• Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field data, maintaining SAP job data.
• Preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering them correctly into the system.
• Verifying information, maintaining files and assisting in the preparation of reports.
• Building relationships internally.
• Coaching performance of the team.
• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Preparing accounting statements and reports related to billing.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good analytical skills and strong computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
