About Us

We’re more than just builders—we’re a close‑knit team that takes pride in our work and in each other. Our company culture is rooted in respect, integrity, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. If you're looking for a place where your leadership is valued and your crew feels like family, we’d love to welcome you.

Role Overview

As a Concrete Superintendent, you’ll lead the on‑site execution of concrete construction projects. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of concrete construction projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise and support concrete crews and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory to avoid delays.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in concrete construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products. Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Plan Grid) is a plus.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Education: An associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred—but if you bring strong, hands‑on experience and a solid track record, we’re happy to consider that in place of formal education.
Work Environment
  • Field-based role with travel to various job sites.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Adaptability to changing project needs is essential.
