** As a Hospitalist at Trinity Health, you will provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care, facilitate smooth transitions, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

** Responsibilities:*
* * Conduct daily rounds, evaluating and managing the medical care of hospitalized patients.
* Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
* Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge planning.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
* Provide education and mentorship to medical students and residents.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.

* Qualifications:

*** Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
* Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota.
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
