The Special Assets Associate provides administrative, documentation, reporting and legal-support coordination for the Bank's credit administration and special assets functions. The position works closely with Credit Administration, Special Assets, bankers, loan support, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and external counsel.

• Demonstrated strengths in organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify and interpret loan documents
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from bank employees and the general public

High school diploma or GED and 2 years of loan documentation preparation experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
