• Patient Exam/Consultation – review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records/imaging
• Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
• Take and interpret X-rays
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Chiropractic patient care – manual adjustments, diversified, QSM3/upper cervical, MC2, TRT, Thompson drop, activator method, Websters technique, evidence based treatments, modalities, rehab exercises and therapy
• Patient education on exam findings, benefits of routine chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation and home exercises
• Documentation/progress notes – accurate and timely records
• Re exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure treatment goals are met
• Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, CAs and administrators for comprehensive patient care
• Promoting wellness chiropractic to patients and the community at large, participate in practice promotion and marketing events
• Ensure patient retention is increased, along with PVA, patient visits, and collections show steady and sustained growth
• Assist with direction of weekly doctor meetings
• Ensure doctor and patient flow is optimized
• Ensure patient relationships, referrals, retention and results are vastly improved

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in ND

• Full time

• Doctors earning $100–$150k in their first or second year with higher levels realistically achievable.
