Pay: $22.00–$27.00/hr based on experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time)

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is hiring CNAs. You're the person our residents see most and count on most. We care for long-term residents and short-term rehab patients, and our CNAs work side by side with nursing and therapy every shift.

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking
• Follow each resident's care plan and let the nurse know when something changes
• Chart care accurately and on time
• Treat every resident with dignity and pull your weight as part of the team

• Active CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift and transfer at least 50 lbs
• CPR/BLS a plus

• $2,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time), paid over your first year
• Pay that steps up with every year of experience
• Shift differentials: +$1.00/hr evenings, +$2.50/hr nights
