Overview

IT Field Adventurer (a.k.a. Tech Wrangler) — we’re looking for curious, people-smart techies who want to learn, grow, and get their hands on everything—from desktops to servers to networks to security. If you like variety, you’ll love it here.

• Be the face of IT for our clients - sometimes saving the day, sometimes just explaining why printers really are the devil’s invention.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and tinker with all the things: servers, networks, desktops, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and yes, the occasional coffee machine that someone swears is “connected to the internet.”
• Talk to clients like an actual human - whether they’re happy, stressed, or both at the same time.
• Work onsite and on the phone, keeping things running smoothly and securely.
• Learn a ton — our team will train you on the tools and best practices we live by.

• Basic understanding of how computers, servers, and networks work.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn (we’d rather train you than un-train bad habits).
• Strong communication skills - you can explain tech without sounding like a robot.
• Someone who thrives on change and variety. No two days will ever look the same here.
