We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in a rapidly changing industry, managing litigation and regulatory matters and counseling Epic on an evolving competitive landscape. Responsibilities- Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
- Provide legal counsel on litigation and regulatory matters.
- Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Detail‑oriented, creative, with excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
- Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
