We are currently seeking team members for full‑time Production Testing Night Operators in our North Dakota division. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout North Dakota (and occasionally surrounding states) to perform gas well testing duties. • Night supervision of site and personnel
• Maintenance and servicing of all well testing equipment
• Communicate effectively with client, on‑site personnel, day supervisors and operations managers
• Oversee accurate readings of gauges and monitors and submission of all data and samples during shift
• Completion of necessary shift paperwork
• Responsible for training of positions under your supervision
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and willingness to ask questions if things are unclear
• Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures
• Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift
• Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Day Supervisor, Field Superintendent and Operations Management
